Refund and Return Policy

Joblook Guyana is committed to providing professional and reliable employment and staffing services to all clients. As a service-based business, we do not offer physical goods or items for return. This policy outlines our refund process and conditions for service-related payments.


2. Services Covered

This policy applies to all paid services offered by Joblook Guyana, including but not limited to:

  • Job placement assistance

  • CV and resume creation

  • Employer membership plans

  • Staffing and recruitment packages

  • Career development and business courses


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • A technical issue on our end prevented Joblook from delivering the purchased service.

  • A cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and before service delivery has begun.

Once Joblook has initiated a service (such as CV creation, candidate search, or employer listing), refunds cannot be issued, as the time and resources have already been allocated.


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed CV/resume design and writing services

  • Job search, application, or candidate matching already in progress

  • Employer membership fees after the first month of access

  • Missed or unused sessions in training or business courses


5. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our team at joblookgy@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • The service purchased

  • Date of payment

  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days, and approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.


6. Service Modifications and Adjustments

If you are unsatisfied with a service received (for example, a CV or resume), Joblook Guyana offers reasonable revisions or service adjustments instead of refunds, to ensure client satisfaction.


7. No Guarantee of Employment

Joblook Guyana assists candidates in finding employment opportunities but does not guarantee employment. Payments made for job search or placement assistance cover the service of connecting and preparing candidates, not guaranteed hiring outcomes.
